[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It vacuums very well and it streams good but not the best at taking up a spot. I have dogs and they are tracking in all day long so the cloth mop has to be changed several times while cleaning the floor.

I've been using the another steamer and really love it but I had to vacuum before using. The Symphony does all that was advertised. It's a great product...lightweight, easy to use, does a great job. Now that I don't have to drag out the vacuum before steaming I know I'll clean the tile floors more often. If there are any cons...compared to my other steamer, the cord is slightly shorter and it doesn't get as far under some furniture because of the dust canister but that is only a minor drawback.

I received the Bissell Symphony All in One Vacuum & Steam Mop about 2 weeks ago. I have a large kitchen. I didn't vacuum the floor before using the product. I used the mop pad that was already attached & snapped the tray on the unit. I filled the water tank. After getting it all set up, I wanted to use the vacuum & the steam at the same time. The controls were easy to use. It took me about 15 minutes to go around my kitchen. Surprisingly, the product did a fantastic job. It got all the particulars on the floor & left my floor shining. It was easy to empty the dirt cup. Great product. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one before and the steam stopped working at about 10 months. Since it wasn't expensive I just got another one. However this one has stopped steaming after only using it 3 times!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just cleaned and disinfected my whole house in under an hour. It usually takes much backbreaking work of handscrubbing the tile floors before I can clean/wax with a swifter because that just moves the dirt around. Simultaneously steaming to disinfect and vacuuming to remove released ickiness is exactly what I've been wanting to be able to do for years.... Being able to also steam/vacuum the hardwood is a huge help. If it would let me steam/vacuum the area rugs, that would wonderful :) With 3 dogs and a cat, plus living on a small horse farm where I'm bound to drag in dust/dirt/horse hair (and etc!!)/grass clippings/and whatever after chores, the Symphony is going to save me hours and hours of cleaning time and let me do quick touchups daily so things don't get out of control with all these animals. I bought a bottle of the pet odor disinfectant and that has seemed to make things much fresher. It would be great if you can come up with some edging tools - or even a smaller version of this unit that would work along baseboards, but that is the only improvement I can think of and a workaround that is really no big deal. I posted about how great it is on Facebook so all my friends (most of whom also have indoor pets and horses) will know that this may be the solution they need, too. Feel free to send me my bonus check when your sales increase, ha ha!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It drags; the wheels are too small and it gets caught in the fur so easily. It was hard to get the fur out of the wheel. Which, if this was meant for pets... it's not particularly doing too well. Also, the cord got twisted way too easier and it took awhile to get my place vacuumed because it was tangling on its own.
