I wasn't sure if this could really do a good job of vacumning and steaming together but being Bissell I figured it was worth a try. It does an amazing job and cuts your worktime in half. The machine is light weight so easy to use and heats up very fast. The vacumn works great and gets right up to the edge of the walls. No mess is left to wipe up by hand. I really love this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love the Symphony All In One steam mop!! I get done cleaning the floors so much faster. When I had to vacuum , then mop, my back was killing me, but now I can do both at once and my back doesn't hurt. I've only used it a few times so far, but I hope it lasts a long time!! I needed this. I'm so happy Bissel came out with this machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this thing for use on vinyl plank floors, I have dogs and hoped it would be an asset to my cleaning days. But I found that it does NOT vacuum, nor does it actually clean, it only spreads dirt around. The thing is so poorly designed that it mark\s up my floors due to the way the pad holder is made. Please, PLEASE, don't waste your money, this so called steam cleaner does NOT do the trick. Bissell, this may not make it onto your website do the negativity of the review, but you need to redesign and REFUND the money of those who paid dear for this thing when I came on the market. I trusted you to design and manufacturer a product that did what it was intended to do, but you failed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have tile floors in my Kitchen and Bathrooms and the Symphony vacuum and steam mop works very well. having the vacuum and steam mop in one product makes cleaning very convient. It is very easy to use. The washable pad for the steam mop goes on and off very easy.It is heavier than a regular steam mop because of the vacuum.I would reccomend this product to my friends and family.

Received this yesterday couldn't wait to try it, and I was not disappointed! It was shipped free within two days of my order. I was surprised how light weight the Symphony is while unpacking it. Easy to put the mop head on, clicks in place. Instructions for priming the first steam use are right on the side of the machine. The little hatch that opens to allow you to fill the water reservoir was hard to open at first, it was vacuumed sealed. After priming the filter I was ready to go, cleaned and vacuumed my kitchen floor all at the same time. We have dogs, it picked up dog hair no problem, I can even vacuum over the rugs without tearing them up, for a smaller machine it has good pick up power. Keeping the filter clean is a must to keep that suction power, so I cleaned it after each use and then washed the filter when I was completely done with the machine. The Symphony will be a big time saver for me, glad I purchased it!

When you use the steam to clean machine emits strong...

I have had the bissell symphony for over 1 month and since day one when I use the steam clean to do my tile a smell comes out of the cleaner that is AWFUL. EVERYTIME. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I CAN . But it still smells like fish and rubber burning. Then the pads have a horrible smell to them. I called customer service and they said they never heard of any such complaints. Anyone else out there have this issue and if so what did you do. I use distilled water like I was told then I wash the filter. Wash the pads but nothing seems to help. If I use the suction vacumm only to pick up debris it has no smell. What gives?
