[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I received the vacuum and was super excited to try it out.. But the steam didn't work. So after calling and troubleshoot they decided to send me another one. When I received the new one it's worked fantastic. It cuts my floor cleaning in half!

I saw the ad's and heard the hype and in the case of the Symphony it was all true. We have a very good stand up vac and a canister steamer and daily we would vac but to get out the steamer and set it up was a task. With the Symphony we can not only vac daily but clean as well and it does do "Everything they say"

I have not had a steam cleaner of any other brand so cannot compare but the Bissell does an excellent job. The vacuum action is excellent. On the con side it is a little hard to push around, definitely not for the weak person. I had a problem with the first two not steaming. Bissell was very good in sending me new machines. I am looking forward to the last one having a long life. I use it in the kitchen and on hardwood floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard that this product was great and overall amazing, though I was a little disappointed when I received it. It works great and all but the steamer isn't powerful enough. Also, when I use both features together (vacuum, steamer), the vacuum doesn't really pick anything up and the steamer doesn't work that great either. The marks don't leave until I physically get down and apply pressure onto the marks/stains.

After much research, I purchased this product. I have a very large hardwood floor area and 2 dogs. I absolutely hate mopping floors so I needed help. This product is amazing, what a huge time saver! My only advice is DON'T buy the SteamBoost Kit with the tray and 4 disposable mop pads because it comes included. Fabulous product that I love using!
