I have owned and/or tried various steam mops, vacuums for hard floors, and combination wet and dry models from several different manufacturers including Bissell and as usual, Bissell has not let me down. Out of the box, it was very easy to "assemble". Directions were simple to understand. It's not a very big unit nor is it heavy so it's very easy to store and move from room to room. It comes with 2 cleaning pads - one is microfiber, one microfiber with scrubby fibers. The power cord is longer than other units I've tried. I was able to adjust the handle for my ease of use. I'm a parent of many cats and one issue I've always had is finding a vacuum that will pick up the litter that's been tracked out of the box. The vacuum function is very powerful and it easily picked up crumbs, hair, and litter and doesn't spew it out the back like other hard floor vacuums I've tried. Being able to vacuum and steam clean at the same time has literally cut my cleaning time in half and I no longer have to lug 2 separate units from room to room. The cleaning path width is narrow (11 inches) and easily gets into small spaces, such as between the toilet and wall. It does an adequate job getting into corners and along the base board. I recommend purchasing additional cleaning pads since you'll want to change them a couple of times when cleaning a floor. Emptying the dry tank and cleaning off the foam motor filter after each use, especially if you have pets, helps the unit run more efficiently. I also purchased an additional water filter and pre-motor filter. I'm not sure how frequently they'll need to be changed but I wanted to be sure and have them on hand when the time comes. Bottom line: This is the best cleaning unit I've ever owned.

Have used the Symphony several times over the past month. Pros- The Symphony is simple to use and is very easy care and maintenance. I am a pet owner and it works well with picking up hair as it cleans. Is lightweight and easy to maneuver. Water reservoir seems to last a while. Steam operation ready almost immediately. Cons- Does not remove scuff marks. My floors are slightly damaged, so it leaves them looking a little dull. Collection cup is very small and fills quickly (especially for a pet owner). I do like using this product for quick clean-ups and regular cleaning. Having the vacuum and the steam mop in one cuts my cleaning time by over 50 percent.

I love the concept of the All in one but I am very disappointed with this product because within the first 2 weeks of using it the quick release pad try started breaking from releasing it. Now it is leaking all over the place.

I use it to clean my bare floors. However, like I mention above, it could use a power head to help with the removal of debris which tends to stick to wet floors.

It is the first vacuum/mop that actually cleaned my tile floors without streaking. Worked wonderful on my wood floors. I had had some buildup on the wood floors from the spray from my hair products and it took it right up!
