[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] vacuum works great on my floors, and leaves them clean and looking great.Only thing is, that after removing pad, have to remove the entire head to be able to get clean pad on to attachment. Couldn't get attachment with pad on to head of vacuum. Would not attach.

I found the idea of the vacuum & steam clean together a great idea. However, I also found it to be very heavy to push back & forth. I was looking to eliminate a step but found it even harder on my body due to the weight of pushing something that heavy. It would be great if there could be some sort of self propellant to allow the system to glide back & forth. I ended up returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited a long time to order the product and waited in anticipation that once i received it I would be happy with it however, it didn't work out that way. The product looks nice and expensive but, it doesn't clean the way that it should. It leaves too much water on the floor the vacuum doesn't remove all the water or residue

When I found out about the symphony, I was excited that I wouldn't have to sweep my floors before steaming. I love it for this reason most of all! Huge time saver. I like that it comes with a water cup and it snaps onto the vacuum. The water holder is also an upgrade since you don't remove the whole cartridge to fill it up. The cord length is acceptable. Easy dump on the vacuum holder is exactly as described and brilliant. I haven't had it long, so I can't review its durability but if it is like my others A+++++. These also make great wedding/house warming gifts!

This does save me time. I used to vacuum, mop and then steam my floors. The head does not swivel so I cannot get between toilet and wall easily, and the vacuum suction isn't as strong as I expected, but it is just a stick vacuum. It's adequate for just everyday light use to keep up with my dogs tracking the outdoors in.
