[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After watching all the videos on this product, i decided to purchase it from bissell. Product arived in two days. Everything worked as avertised. Some of the reviews were negative on the steam button on the handle, but i didnt have any problems. I would recomend to family and friends. Looks nice, light weight and cuts my cleaning.time in half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this floor cleaner mostly for our ceramic-tiled kitchen floor. With 2 big dogs (Collies) the floor gets plenty of traffic and collects a lot of shedding dog hair. The Symphony is the most convenient appliance we've found to keep up with daily cleaning. We are very happy with it. I would only offer one suggestion for improvement: The steam trigger in the handle is designed so that it's nearly impossible to use the mop without running a CONSTANT supply of steam. Often I just need a brief blast of steam but not the whole time I'm mopping. The steam trigger activates at the slightest touch so, to avoid that, I have to hold the handle awkwardly during use.

loved it while it worked, but it stopped steaming as soon as the warranty ran out. I will replace it, but not sure it will be with a Bissell. I did recommend it to a friend and his is still working.

I love my new toy is great now i clean in less time i vacuum and mopping at the same time and my floor is always clean but i would like to know if Bissell has a detergent to put it inside of the steam mop. I usually used mistolin but i want to know if you have something similar

Extremely disappointed This product did not output steam like the website advertised. Vacuum was mediocre. Bottom line, not very good and has been RETURNED.
