Quite simply put, this advancement was exactly what I needed for my tile floors. Tile throughout my entire new home. My normal mop and broom weren't working. After some Research I found The Symphony. I wasn't sure what to expect. I love it!!! It has helped so much. I no longer have this unclean feeling at the bottom of my feet. The vacuum does what I need. It's not for serious, serious spills or soil. It works great for what I need and expect of a steamer vac. The steamer works perfectly. I feel the cleanliness under my feet. Pretty important when it's all tile.

I have a small galley kitchen and would clean the floor by bending over and wiping with a sponge. This Vacuum / steamer is exactly what I needed. I vacuum first and then go over my tiled floor with the steamer. It cleans the floor perfectly and I don't have to bend over. I have also used it to clean my wood floor and it also does a great job! The only small problem is that you can see where the wheels were on the wood floor. This is not a problem on the tile floor, but while the wood floor is clean, in the right light you can see the tracks of the wheels. I like the way it cleans the wood floor without leaving any residue like some of the spray cleaners. I just don't know how to prevent getting tracks from the wheels. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this product to clean the tile floors of our house with less harsh chemicals. The vacuum works really well but the steamer does not hold up it's end as per the amount of consumption that occurs to clean the floors. According to the manuel the steamer should last to 15 minutes with 11 oz. of liquid. It is not making it to 10 minutes. Having us stop numerous of times to refill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use this machine on vinyl tile and engineered hardwood floors. Because it has 2 levels of steam power I can safely use on my hardwood floors. Love that I can vacuum area rugs also. Easy to use and now I do not have a backache from slinging the mop or having to use a heavy vacuum.
