Sad it wasn't as good as I expected.

I just bought my first home in April and all the floors are some kind of hard surface so cleaning has became a new job. I saw the commercial and ordered it with in a few minutes of seeing how it worked and that it could cut my cleaning in half. A few days later the vacuum came I got home from work opened the box and used it but wasn't thrilled. The vacuum part is only in the middle of the cleaner so you have to go over the are a few time to make sure it gets everything. Suction not as good as a normal vacuum. Then the steam part was not bad but not as good as other products I've uses. I do not recommend vacuuming and steaming at the same time I did it separate and glad I did. If you miss something dirt or dust grass anything you can forget about it picking it up after it is wet from the steam. Vacuum first then go over it with steam trust me and it's still just one machine so you don't have to put something away and take out something else it's all still at your fingertips just switch buttons. I think if the vacuum was across the whole bottom and not just in the middle it would have been a great machine but because it's isn't I had to send it back. Good luck to you if you buy it I hope it works the way you expect it to

Had a Shark but LOVE my Bissell!

I had a Shark Vac&Steam for a few years and then it broke so I decided to give Bissell a try. I am BEYOND in love with the Bissell! Being able to vac and steam at the same time cuts my cleaning time in half. I was pretty skeptical that it would work as well as everyone said in their reviews but it really does! I have two cats and a dog so being able to clean up pet hair and sanitize at the same time is so amazing. Love this item so much I bought a second one as a gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a refurbished one a few years ago, I love it! I have mostly hard floors with 2 cats and 2 dogs! It can steam and vacuum at the same time which is incredible because unlike other steam mops I don't have a weird pile of pet hair I have to clean up when I'm done! I only bought dyson products prior to this and now I own 4 BISSELL products and this is hands down my favorite and most used machine. Everyone needs one of these!

Just purchased the Symphony All-in-one Vacuum and Steam mop, and love it! it cuts my cleaning time in half its easy to use and cleans well. I truly do recommend this item if you can do buy extra warranty since its not cheap.

I purchased a symphony for my daughter at Christmas and let her know if she didn't want or like it I wanted it. She called me back and said 'sorry mom you can't have your gift back ' She loves it and the time it saved her on her laminate floors. So I went and got one for myself! I've used it 4 times and it's great! Once I just used the vac, perfect! I used to sweep then mop now it's all in the same step! I just love it! Thank you for another great product!

Love steam mops I had one for over 7yrs and it final stop working (another brand) So I spent more for my Bissell. I was super happy with the machine but for some reason It stopped working .. no steam comes out. NO I'm very disappointed my 2 yr warranty just expired.
