I have a long hair German shepherd (who sheds a lot!) a 1 year old and a new born baby. I don't have a whole bunch of time to clean so this vacuume/steam mop combo is a bit of a life saver! Does a great job cleaning up dog hair and toddler/baby mess. I have a Dyson and a shark as well, and I'd have to say that out of the three, this one is my favourite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to clean my wood and tile floors so my new baby doesn't have to crawl around in dirt, dust, and beagle hair. I really like it! It makes cleaning my floors EASY AND FAST! My only small issue is that I've used it on my area rugs and it doesn't clean them that well, maybe because there is now rolling bristles/brush. SWEEPSTAKES!

I am simply amazed by how this machine cleans especially since we have two large dogs and three cats. Firstly, I will say that I've had a Crosswave for about a year and while it works I just haven't loved it. We have premium vinyl plank floors and the Crosswave always left them with streaks and I really to work to get the tough pet grime off. Enter the Symphony. The vacuum has strong suction and even pulls dust kitties from across the room and it picks up litter and keeps it in. Then the steamer comes behind and pulls up the grime. We have tile in the kitchen and it and the remainder of the house are immaculate when done. The only thing you need to remember is that the steamer is behind the vacuum so when doing the mop boards you need to come along side of them to use the steamer. Great Job Bissell!

i have dusty concrete floors but the suction isn't strong enough - the suck-up part gets clogged and I can't clean it. I also own a Bissell vacuum
