Love my Bissell Symphony steam mop! It is so easy to keep my laminate floors clean and the fresh discs make my home smell like I just cleaned even if I just used it to steam my husband's sneaker marks from the foyer. The steamer is not heavy and cumbersome to use. Highly recommend this product for anyone with laminate or hardwood flooring in their home.

. I really like this Symphony all In One Vacuum and Steam Mop. It is lightweight, easy to use and has a adjustable handle. I use it on wood floors, rugs, and furniture. I like this machine very much.

I usually don't fall into TV shopping commercial, thinking that it was all made up. However, I really wanted to give this product a try. Vacuum and mopping floor the same time?? ....it sounded too wonderful to be true. After getting the product today and I couldn't wait to try it out. The machine was built with a morden look, slim and stylish. The weight is light and there is almost no assembly job required. Operation was so easy and soon I began mopping and vacuum my laminate/tile floor without a problem! The result was wonderful. My floor was so clean and walking on it with bare foot made me feel so satisfied! I saved at least half of my usual time when cleaning the floor (first vaccum then mop). If you want an effective floor clearning solution, you really should try it out. This is such a great purchase and a fanstastic tool I have ever had!

Lost suction

I loved this product at first. I've had it for almost a year now, and about half a year in it didn't seem to be able to suck up even the smallest things. Sand, grass, small rocks, even dog hair, all are left behind by this vac. I sweep with a broom before I steam--a function of this vacuum that I love--and I hate to have to take double the time to clean my floors when I thought I had bought a product to keep me from having to do so. Very disappointing.

Thank you for your review. We have some troubleshooting tips to help with the suction. A friendly reminder the Bolt isn't designed for small rocks and heavy debris. It's very important to keep the filters clean for good airflow. The filter screen is hand washable and the filter outside of the screen can be hand washed with mild soap. Make sure the parts are dry before reinstalling. There could be a clog in the floor nozzle. Please remove the nozzle to check for any hair/debris. Also check for obstructions where the hand vac meets the machine. Make sure your BISSELL Bolt is charged completely for maximum suction.

I was able to vacuum and steam clean my kitchen, half bath, enclosed porch and full bath in half the time I usually spend. All of these areas have ceramic tile floors. The unit is lightweight and moves quickly vacuuming up dirt and steam cleaning . The floors dried quickly and look great. It is also much quieter than my old steamer which I always had to refill at some point. This is an excellent product and I will recommend it to my friends and family.
