My floors look great and I am using this more often because it is so easy to use. The only thing I would change is that the cleaning head/pad is fairly small. If it was 3-4 inches wider it would be perfect.

I must say that this is the second one we have bought in the last 2 years (same brand and type, first one 12/16, second one 06/18 ). First one died after 15 months,switch on handle stopped working, but decided to give bissell another try and bought another. It mostly cleans well but does leave residue marks even with the vacuum feature even with a new pad. Not many choices out there to clean wood floors with a machine, so we shall see how it goes. If this only lasts a yr or two, it will be the last bissell we will buy. I never called bissell for a free replacement for the first one because it was over a year and I was sure it would be a waste of my time to sit on hold and then be told NO. BTW, the handle switch is not replaceable.

We're so happy with it and it's extremely easy to use. It picks up the SMALLEST particles of dirt/dust that you didn't even know was there!

Have this Symphony Pet for two weeks now. Have 2 dogs 1 cat and small bedroom converted to hair salon where I just do a few friends and some family, so am always cleaning. This machine is so handy, easy and wonderful to use. A little heavy, but ok. Cuts my cleaning time so much. Love it. Can only say all good about it. Thanks Bissell

I absolutely love my Bissell Symphony! I have 2 cats and a dog, all of which shed like crazy! The main area of our house is dark laminate wood floors which show paw prints and fur terribly! First off, the vacuum on this is amazing. It sucks up everything, even the pet hair up against the baseboards and in the corners! The steamer is also awesome! I think the high setting is best and the scrubbing pad definitely works best, but both are good! I was using a swiffer sweeper before receiving the symphony as an early Christmas present and the cleanliness difference is incredible! When I'm finished using the symphony the floors feel so much cleaner! The steamer heats up very fast as well which is great! I highly recommend this product! You will not be disappointed.

I love how easy it is to use. Also I love the steam mop aspect for disinfecting. No dirty water to clean up. I also love that it vacuums right in front of the mop so the steam mop is able to do its job without a bunch of debris in it. I have already recommended it to a friend!
