Nice baby monitor!

We bought this product in May 2015. Great features especially the night vision. We can clearly see the baby at night. I initially thought the battery doesn't last, but you can change the setting and it does last up to 72 hours (just like what they claim). It's pretty compact and easy to navigate i.e. adjustment of brightness.
While I like the product, the drawback for us is the flimsy clip stand. It can break easily. Ours broke by July 2015. I was folding the clip and it just snapped. I didn't drop the monitor or anything. I superglued it and it worked for a few weeks and then it broke again. That's when I contacted Levana.
The customer service was great though! They promptly replied and asked for the receipt and they quickly sent a replacement part as it's still under their 1 year warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this item once baby stated moving around. It was a good price for 2 cameras and one handheld monitor. I was very happy and impressed to begin with especially since this brand was new to me. I was a little skeptical about ordering from a unknown baby product company but when I saw that product came with warranty I decided to try.
Everything was great the picture was clear, the peep feature and sound option was also great, the design. The over all look and size was great bc i could take it room to room with me. I would just stand on the little kickstand and do my work while baby slept. Unfortunately one day ( 2 weeks ago) the little kickstand broke. I didnt drop it or use without care, I just set it up to stand and noticed it was breaking. I called Amazon they directed me to customer service for company. They asked for details, pics and I sent right away...2-3 weeks later....have not recieved anything not even an apology.
Now I have to find a little towel to lean this on each time I use which is very inconvienant. For this reason I would not recoomend and lack of customer service (from company not Amazon- they are awesome) I wish i wouldve bought another brand.

Great product for the cost

We purchased our Lila after having problems with two Summer Infant monitors (both a higher priced and a lower priced model). Other than the clip breaking after a very short period, (it was replaced promptly by customer service), we haven't had any issues with this monitor. The peep mode is great as you don't get any noise from the monitor during the night unless it is activated. The picture is good and clear. I wouldn't ever use the 'talk through' function, as it sounds horrible and likely scary to the tot on the other end, but it was easy to use otherwise. I wish the cord to the base unit was longer, but we managed. It is a great product for the price point.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have really loved the peace of mind this video camera has given me. Instead of going into the room to check on my son I can just turn on the monitor. I like the talk back feature and the music mode. Night mode work great. No complaints so far

We received the Jena Levana as a gift. It was easy to set up and use, and we've been very happy with it. It has excellent video and sound quality, and seems very reliable. Highly recommended!

My old monitor decided to stop charging one day and I had heard good things about Levana. I was debating even getting another monitor with a video because it just didn't seem necessary ... I mean what did our parents do??? ... But once I saw this monitor deal with two cameras it was a no brainer! I'll be saving the second camera for future children. The "peep" feature is really cool so that I don't have to hear every cough and snore all night long! The picture is better than my old monitor even though it is 3 times smaller! I should add that I really love the small size because it fits right in my back pocket while I am busy around the house. I also tested the distance at my neighbors house and the picture and sound were just as great as when I am right outside my son's room. Glad I made this purchase.
