Great Upgrade

We purchased this for our second baby. We had one with our first and loved it. This is a great upgrade from our original Levana monitor. Great picture, audio and battery life. Perfect!

Good buy & Great help

My sister bought this baby monitor about a month ago & was happy to use it when suddenly it doesn't work properly. We can still hear sound but the video is not working, it just shows a white screen. Since we're outside US, we tried to contact their Customer Service. I was assisted by Lillian thru email & she gave some troubleshooting however it still doesn't work. I was asked to send some details including the receipt to see if it is still covered by warranty when suddenly the monitor shows the video without me doing anything. I am happy to have this baby monitor and is very much contented with Lillian's assistance.

I'm loving a lot of the features of the product; peep mode, simple setup, sleep monitor, talk back, battery life, additional camera options.
Things I would like to see improved. Longer cord on camera, tilt on camera, not so sensitive peep mode for level 1

Bought this a few weeks ago to move into our toddler's room - setup was incredibly easy. My only complaint - no instructions (was searching for the parent unit stand for ages) and it's SO incredibly sensitive to sound that our son's sound machine keeps it 'active' the entire time. Not a terrible problem to have, though!

I just bought it today. It is everything I saw online. the reason why I give it a 4 is because the video camera it's not the best but it is good enough.
