it has a great battery life. clear day/night picture quality. love how it turns on if any major sound or movement happens!!

My husband and I purchased the "Lila" Levana video monitor and are so happy with our purchase! The picture is very clear and the microphone picks up voices perfectly! I especially love the night time camera option! My husband and I have been testing it out before the new addition arrives!!! Super fun! Couldn't be more happier with this purchase!

Fantastic monitor!!!

We've been using our Levana Lila for almost 4 months now and are extremely satisfied with its performance thus far. We read a lot of reviews before purchasing this particular monitor and for this price range it was the clear winner.
It holds the charge quite well - it stays plugged in through the night and it's on during the day for about 7-8 hrs. It has a feature where the video image activates only if there is sound coming from the room so that helps with battery life.
The image quality is fantastic for both pitch dark and full daylight. For a poorly lit room in daylight, not so good but we're not bothered by it. The display is very crisp and colours are true to life. Night vision is crisp as well.
It also has the option of 2 monitors,which we have. We purchased ours at Costco so we got one monitor for free in the bundle which is great for taking it with us away from home (without having to remove the one that's affixed high up on the wall in the nursery) or putting it in our son's room (age 4).
Sound quality is great and we love the 2-way feature. The intercom feature is nice because if your child is older, you can tell them to close their eyes and go to bed already without actually going into their room and getting suckered into sitting with them (for the 2387th time that night lol).
For the price, it's a great product. The only improvement we would recommend is that the monitor handle dual surveillance. As it stands right now, if you have both cameras active, you manually have to switch between cameras.
The camera is adorable, it looks like Eva from Wall-E. It has great turning radius so you can get the perfect angle. The monitor is little and light but the screen is just big enough that you see what you need to see.
Overall great monitor, would definitely recommend it!

Love this monitor!

Having raised five children with the old fashioned monitors this has been absolutely amazing! I am taking full time care of my handicapped mother. We finished a basement apartment so she would feel like she has her own space but I was having to go up and down to check on her about twenty times a day. Now I can check on her and see what she needs morning, noon and night. YEA! I can't be happier!

When we received this monitor in the mail I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the screen and look of the camera/handset. We have another brand video monitor and the screen is much smaller on it. I also love the option of talking to the baby through the monitor, another feature our old monitor did not offer. Also very long battery life. Great features, nice size screen, and nice price!
