Really crisp image and easy to set up. I only wish the camera came with a little clasp that can be attached to furniture

I just bought this monitor as mine old one (another brand) just died after only a year and a half. The Lila has awesome picture and I like the 2 way talk to baby feature. I will never buy another brand!

I like it cause its easy to use but the clip on the back has been broken because it is a little flimsy, otherwise it is a great product

Works great but breaks

My daughter will be 2 in December and we have owned 2 of these and they both BROKE at the plug in - the pin for the charger falls in and now it doesn't work again. Very frustrating!!! The video is great and the sound is good but man if it breaks every year that's expensive monitoring - and 1 was bought in Canada and 1 in the US - still same result.

Excellent product but directions are lacking

It has excellent picture quality but the directions in the box are limited to just the quick set up guide. I cannot figure out how to go between the two monitors and there are no instructions on the website for this either. I purchased this to use while caring for an elderly client with some dementia--she gets up out of bed and/or chair and then falls, so this enables me to cook, clean house, do laundry, etc, while still keeping an eye on her.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Peace of mind

With this monitor we have total peace of mind that baby is fine. The mic on the camera is very sensitive so you can be assured you are hearing everything. I love being able to peek in without baby knowing. I have two babies now, so two monitors. I've grown so used to being able to "see" what is going on, I am reluctant to stop using for older child, 13 months old. Have never regretted the purchase.

Bought this monitor for our second child and really like it! It is super bright in the middle of the night but other than that, we really like it. Thinking about adding a second camera for our other child.

I just recently bought this for some peace of mind with my LO. So far so good and I'm highly impressed but he camera and display clarity. I live in a smaller house so I normally keep the volume down or off but again, I'm very happy with the visual of my little guy. The only thing I'd change is the fact that you can't turn the screen off completely if there is noise in the room. We have a sound machine so when the noise is picked up by the base the screen of the display stays on.
