A second set of eyes

We received this as a gift, and really enjoy it. It's nice to have that second set of eyes on the baby when constantly giving care to the rest of the kids.

A Complete Waste

After only one week of use, our monitor's night vision has stopped working. It started off by going off every now and then but now It has gotten to the point of being useless. As soon as we reset the monitor, the night vision will go on for a few seconds but then the screen goes dark and we can't see our daughter. The audio still works but the entire point of a video monitor is so you can see your child.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The clearest image for the best price! Now that I have it, I could never go without it! It is so great to be able to watch my little one without having to wake him up. I love the reassurance that he is sleeping tight without having to walk in his room to wake him up :) I have bought other monitors with cameras and was not satisfied with their image, but the Lila by Levana is a 10/10 for sure!

I bought this Lila monitor after our Angelcare monitor of 2 years threw in the towel. This monitor proved to be excellent for basic features at a great price. Though we did miss the added features of temperature sensing and a night light that came with the Angelcare, we were still impressed with Lila's easy set up, long battery life, sound clarity, and portability. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a straight forward baby monitor.

Great picture, great features

We've tried other monitors but this one is by far the best! The picture is very clear even when the room is dark. The night vision on it works great! I love that it plays music and tells you the temperature of the room. It's really nice that you can talk to the baby through the speaker, too! Love, Love, Love this monitor!

Easy set up. I was done in minutes. I may end up mounting one of the cameras to get a better view, but it works as it is for now. The night view isn't as clear as the day, but hey, I can see with no lights on in the room at all. Great peace of mind with the little ones in 2 different rooms.

Great Monitor with a few glitches

We've had this monitor for a few weeks now. The things I LOVE about this monitor: The night vision mode is a really good, clear quality picture. (Way better than I expected based on others' reviews.) I love that you can talk to your child with this monitor. I like that it pays music. I like that it has an optional night light. I think the video quality is really good compared to what I expected. The battery life has been fantastic! That was a big selling point for me. The coverage is pretty good, too. I've never had a problem within our multi-level home. Outside is a little more hit and miss depending on how far from the house you go, but it's still pretty darn good outside as well. The things I don't love about this monitor: The temperature reading is quite a bit higher than the actual temperature in the room (I've tested it against other readings and I can tell just from walking into the room that the temperature reading is pretty far off.) It says it is about 3-5 degrees warmer in the room than it actually is. My baby sleeps in a generally cold room (that is often only 60 degrees in the winter), so we keep a space heater in there and I like to check the temp often to make sure he's not overheating or freezing. The other thing that worries me is that about a week into having the monitor, I got a "no signal" alarm just one room away. When I went in to look at the camera, it was still switched on, but wasn't sending a signal and looked to be off. I just switched it off and back on and it has been working fine since. It just worries me that it might become a more consistent issue in the future. The only other thing that the monitor is missing (from having pretty much everything else I could dream about for a baby video monitor) is a pan and tilt option for the camera that you could remotely control. But of all the video monitors I've looked into in our price range, this had EVERYTHING else I could possibly want. We've been really happy with it so far!
