We bought this monitor after reading countless monitor reviews. I felt comfortable with this one based on the fact that it has a ton of great reviews, and it seems that there is a long warranty period and good customer service. I've only just started using it and so far it meets all of my expectations well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Picture/ Sound, Great Price

We just bought this for our soon-to-arrive baby. Pulled it right out of the box and its working like a charm, such easy set up! Getting the camera positioned for the best/ optimal coverage will take a bit of working with, but that comes with any monitor. Sound and picture quality are great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We got this as a gift from our registry and are pleased with it so far. Seems to work well, just need to figure out the peep mode and different settings. One piece of advice, do not put the camera near the receiver while on - it makes an awful noise.

Some good features, some dissapointing

*After owning a "summer" monitor, I was impressed by how slim this monitor was when I first received it. It's nice to have the microphone feature, but I have to make sure I whisper into it. Otherwise, it sounds like I am shouting on the other end.
*I like how clear I can see my children, BUT the lighting has to be JUST right. In the mornings, all I see is darkness because the amount of light coming through the blinds is just enough to keep it in day mode, but I can not see anything. That aspect was highly disappointing.
*It's great that you can have multiple cameras connected to the same video monitor. However, in order to be aware of all my children, the video screen has to be ON all the time. Otherwise, I have to choose only one child to have it in "peep" mode (screen only pops on where there is a noise). Unfortunately, that's what I have to do at night so that the light on the screen doesn't keep me up.
*I like that the monitor lets me know when the battery is about to run out, but only to a certain extent! There have been many nights where I have been scared by the LOUD beeping that it makes when the battery is starting to run low. Now, when I go to sleep, I throw it on the charger if there are 2 bars or less, to avoid that problem.
*I mentioned the slim design, but a negative to the design is its "slip", or simply its easel that props it up. It's very cheaply made and has already broken on me. Customer service was great and sent me out a new one, right away, without any cost to me. However,I don't look forward to having to purchase a new one and paying the hefty shipping cost :-(
*Overall, I this monitor is not a complete disappointment, but if I could do things all over again, I may have gone with a different brand, or at least done more research.

Great Item wish it had a manual tilt

We got this monitor as a gift for our newborn. It's simple to install the use. It's now up on the wall in the nursery, it's only missing the nursery resident now. My only real complain is that I wish this camera had a manual tilt.

Great dual camera system at a cost effective price for those who don't need all the bells and whistles that other manufacturers' offer (really at an extra cost for no reason) For the price the cameras do what you expect them to. Good value...

product has great picture both day and night. good voice quality too. has good reception in the home, a little sketchy from the yard and garage. I would purchase again.
