Great when it works

I have had an issue with both the original battery in the receiver not holding a charge as well as the replacement battery. On the plus side, it works great, it just has to be plugged in at all times. Customer service has been very responsive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seems solidly built, with simple, easy to use features. Video is clear, but choppy at times. Other than that, no complaints. I just hope it holds up over time.

great quality for the price

Purchased this monitor after comparing many monitors within the same price range. I have not been disappointed so far. It was so easy to set up and I had it working a few minutes after the mail man dropped it off. The video quality and night vision are wonderful. If you are looking for something that is reasonably priced, this is a great buy.

I bought this Monitor so I had a second one, it had more features than my first one and was the same low price. Cant beat it at all. All levana products are great, cant go wrong.

We recently got this monitor as a gift from the grandparents. The picture quality is amazing and the night vision is so clear. I had a different video monitor with my oldest child and the night mode was so fuzzy and hard to make out that I was highly impressed when I saw how clear this monitor was. Also the fact that I can talk to the baby and play her lullabys gives me comfort because it's almost like I am able to be in the room with her. I have not seen a monitor before this one that would give me the temperature of the nursery. I love this feature because it takes the guess work out of wondering if it is to hot or cold for our baby. Overall I am highly pleased with this monitor and will be purchasing additional cameras to add to it.

I bought this product 3 months ago for our baby's nursery and since we started using it this month (after our baby arrived), we have found it incredibly useful with a good quality image and sound. We are so happy that we chose this product and feel so much more at ease regarding our newborn's safety thanks to it!

good for quite babies

My husband and I bought the Jena Digital Baby Video Monitor because our son was born premature and has a paralyzed vocal cord. We wanted a monitor that we could both see and hear the baby. The peep mode is great because it picks up the quietest sounds. It gives us peace of mind. Wish the battery lasted longer.
