After looking at several monitors, it seemed like most only had some of the features I wanted, or they were more expensive. After seeing this model and reading the reviews, it was am easy decision. The monitor works well.

I received the Lila single camera as a baby shower gift. We love it! Its small and sleek. It doesn't have too many fancy features, but does a great job with just the basic necessities. We often use the 2-way talk feature since we have a two level home and this is a great way to communicate when I am in the nursery and I need something from downstairs from my husband.
Cons - the stand on the back of the video monitor broke off after a few weeks, but luckily, it's not really needed anyways.
We are also in the process of finishing our basement, and I just purchased another Lila double camera set to use in the playroom that we are creating for the baby. This is a very versatile monitor!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this monitor for almost a year and have mixed feelings on it. For the most part it does work great but every once in a while the video turns off in one of the rooms and I have to manually go in the room to turn it back on. It is great that I can watch more than one room at a time, however, I don't like that the screen doesn't turn off when there isn't any activity while it is switching back and forth to the different monitors. The monitor screen then is lit up the whole time, which makes it kind of bright at night and I am trying to sleep. We then have to turn on another monitor and keep the video only on one baby so the screen turns off. The biggest complaint that I have had though, is that the stand has broken on me 3 times! The monitor has normal wear and tear and I use the stand all the time, but for this to happen multiple times within a year is pretty frustrating. I will say that costumer service has been great, but I am writing this reveiw to extend my warranty because of the stand.

Newer model is a few steps backward

We got this product as a replacement for our older model Jena video monitor. I wish our older model never malfunctioned, as it was a better product in total. Some things about the new model are great. The camera quality and battery life are MUCH better. The audio quality is strong as well. However, the lullabies are no longer able to have their volume lowered(much too loud to get a baby to sleep) and I have constant, sudden connection drops from 1 of my 2 cameras. I'm talking they go from full connection to a loud beeping noise and bright white screen (which isn't great when you are trying to sleep). I've tried to re-establish the connection with that camera, to no avail.
All in all, this is still a very good monitor, but the improvements do not outweigh the things lost in my opinion.

With my first child I had used a non camera monitor and was always satisfied with it. When my second was born, my husband really wanted a monitor with a camera. I purchased the Lila models a few weeks ago, I must admit at first I wasn't happy with it, I found I couldn't sleep, I just keep stareing at the monitor watching baby sleep, and the screen is so bright. Then I discovered the "peep" mode, and now I love this monitor. I wish the instructions had come with a better discription of what all the symbols in the menu mean. If it wasn't for this website I wouldn't have even known about the peep mode......(I am not sure if I just didn't see it anywhere on the packaging)

Great camera system for the $. The night-vision feature is clear and crisp and the speakers/mic system is great! Works well to talk to baby. Great way to check up on your little one as they sleep, without interrupting whatever you are doing. I would highly recommend this product!!
