Hi good morning, this is kishor here , I have problem with lock handle. It's not working well , once try to open very hard to open, once close handle can come till 60 degree not 90 degree, I changed battaries , still same . Please ask your team to check for me. Thank you.

So far the safe appears to be just what I wanted. I am enjoying using it. It is very sturdy and well built. The shelves were easily adjustable. It opens easily. However the safe arrived in a make shift box and the safe have several deep scratches. It had a lot of white substance/gritty powder. The back of the shelves have multiple permanent black fingerprints and the felt lining is not completely glued to all services. I’m still struggling with the cheaply made keypad. I hope I don’t have issues with it later. Overall, the safe size is just what I wanted and I would recommend it.
