Easy order process, the safe is a solid well built fire/water resistant strong box. This safe also has 3 secure ways to make a second combination code. The original code will never change. It will be an excellent backup. I am very happy with this purchase.

Seems to be stoutly built. Handle tight, lock system seems to be good. Had a combination safe, but my wife could never get it open. Only complaint I currently have is the holes to secure the safe to thecwall aren't 18 inches apart, the distance between studs.

THE BAD: originally scheduled a delivery date, but was cancelled. never told me about the next scheduled delivery date....they just showed up. fortunately, i was at the house. poor communication. also, the 'seal' on the right side of the inside of the door is a bit torn off. don't know if that will affect performance.
THE GOOD: seems strong & sturdy. love the key to open the safe incase the keypad/batteries fail. seems to be worth the money.
