Nice size but faulty handle

I really was looking forward to the size of the safe it was delivered slightly damaged but has worked well until now. I tried to access it as I keep my medications in there put of reach of small children as well as valuables. The handle snapped off in my hand. I tried the skeleton key to maybe try to manually open it and it won't even turn. Super disappointing. Hopefully will hear back from sentry for a trick if not I now have to call a locksmith so I can access my daily medications. Teach me next time to keep them safe and out of reach I guess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This safe is the perfect size. Easy to set up. The only issue was the water proof gasket is so thick the door could not open initially. Customer service was awesome and worked through the issue with me. Once i got the door open i removed. the gasket. I will t replace it with a thinner one of my own. Overall i am extremely happy with this safe
