I have followed instructions but still can’t make the digital lock operate and am using a key. I spent over 20 minutes yesterday on hold for customer service before I gave up. Not a very good experience.

Great size for all our needs. We had the smaller version at our last house but not enough room. This is great, easy to use and easy to follow instructions. I especially like the adjustable shelves and padded shelves/interior.

Digital lock is not capable of handling more than one user code. WHY?! The all-around gasket is not all that around. Instead, it's like covering 30% less than anyone would imagine that the seal type of gasket would cover. I was told that it's by design. What design?! Isn't this safe supposed to protect docs/goods/etc. on the inside from water/liquid damage?!
