The safe meets all my expectations. For a home safe it is large and it can house ALL my personal & valuable possession's. Five code Digital password easy to remember & set-up, back-up key entry will ensure that the safe will open "If" any problem occurs. Important features, fire & water proof & extremely heavy, weighing in at over 90 kilograms (200lbs). Due to the weight, it will take a Two (2) person team with knowledge on moving to final resting place.

The safe looks sturdy. It was disappointing that the card with the factory code didn't come with it. I called Support but they were closed. I took the inside lining of the door off to find the code. I lot of effort that I should not have to do.

The safe arrived smelling like mildew inside and I’m not sure what to do about it. I didn’t realize it until I had gone through the laborious task of getting it up two flights of stairs and into the chosen spot. It’s too much work to remove it and attempt to exchange it. Very disappointed…

great size, and like adjustable shelves. However DO not like taking off keypad to access batteries!!!! Plastic tab broke off when re-installing key pad!!!!!!! NOT user friendly.
