Very poor hardware quality

The electronic key pad quit working, you hear it click but you can't open the door. Resetting the code would help for about 2 or 3 openings and it would start the same process. I asked Sentry Safe several times for how to fix it, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I could only open the safe with the key. Now the handle is so loose you can spin it 360 degrees. Safe itself is ok, the hardware is bad.

Horrible Craftsmanship! The inside felt lining is a mess, a lot of loose pieces! None of the 12 screws holding shelf brackets were tight and all are at an angle, they will not go in straight or tighten. Where is quality control? Very over priced for workmanship and quality of this safe!

As far as be secure I would have to say that I can’t get in, even with the factory code. Lights up green for a good code, but does not open. If it has a key it must be locked inside. Hopefully they will get back to me so I can use it as more than a paper weight.

I like the size of the safe and the digital keypad. BUT, within 15 minutes the keypad broke and was impossible to re-insert. The safe is nearly useless.

STILL CAN NOT USE THIS PRODUCT PURCHASED IN JUNE! Tried Customer service suggestion of new batteries and Battery receptacle still does not open with combo.
This is a very poor made product.

I bought this for its size. I wish it was 1700 degrees for an hour but again I needed the size. It was very heavy so you will need a dolly and 2 people to move it. I had to insert the batteries twice to make the safe lock and unlock.
