Lock Mechanism Design Flaw

I store a few guns and then paperwork and other personal items. The safe is seldom opened. After a few years, the dial mechanism will not open due to a design flaw. Since this is over one year from purchase, Sentry will not fix or replace the safe. Their only recommendation was to hire a locksmith.
I would not recommend this or any other produce due to their inability to stand behind their product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This safe met my expectations for a secure safe and, with the adjustable shelves there is ample room for everything regardless of shape or size!. (I do miss a light source ; however a torch works just fine) this safe is well made and not difficult to install; best of all it is user friendly.

I have experienced several problems with this safe. The first delivery had to be returned because front of safe was badly scratched. The replacement has the felt lining on the shelves and interior is hanging off the edges instead of glued to surfaces. There had been wet, and glue spots on the back of the shelves that needed cleaning. The door needed to be left open to dry out the safe. Now the door will not close properly and it can't be locked.
