The safe arrived quickly and was generally in good condition. My biggest issue was the screws one of the bracket standards were stripped out. I hope they don't give problems in the future. Overall I'm satisfied with safe.

Safe is roomy with three shelves plus the floor for plenty of storage. Very confident that safe will hold off anyone trying to break it open based on its weight and sturdiness. Really like how the door is secured all the way around when closed and locked. Problem was the electronic lock fails to unlock safe after installing new batteries and entering the correct code. Had to use the key to unlock safe.. Notified customer service and they are working with me to resolve this issue. I give them 5+ stars for their kind and prompt response to my problem. Unit arrived with most of the packaging torn or missing along with several scratches on the front (door). The electronic keypad was slightly damaged and a new one was sent out immediately.
Unfortunate situation for me however, again, customer service is helping.

I like it, But when open it Hartley to open seem to me the motor
