I received a Keurig coffee maker as a gift and was so excited to try it. After trying 10 times to make a cup of coffee, I called company to complain. They sent a new one free of charge, but had the same thing happen with the replacement. Very, very disappointed.
Cons: Tasted Like Plastic 10x

I've had 2 Mini kuerigs for some time but bought a 2.0 because it said it had 9 brew sizes. Not. Still can't get more than 10 ounces of coffee. Who has a mug that small?!?

I got this brewer as a Christmas gift in 2015, so just over a year ago, because my significant other understands I am an absolute coffee fanatic.
Followed all of the use instructions, descaled and replaced the filter regularly over the past year.
A few weeks ago the alert that the brewer needed more water added to the reservoir quit working, and this morning when trying to brew a cup it just says "add more water" on the display, even though the reservoir is full, and I could not brew much needed 3am coffee.
Just my bad luck, I suppose, that it became unusable soon after the warranty ended.
Still, I purchased my first Keurig in about 2005 -- super basic but brewed a great cup quickly -- and although it had been through about a half-dozen state to state moves and looked sort of beat up, it worked well for more than a decade before I replaced it with this Christmas gift.
I'm still a Keurig fan -- just bummed that my most recent experience ended so poorly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a few weeks ago, and I have wasted more coffee as it continually gives me grounds. I have followed directions, but I hate this coffee pot , I have had Keurig for years with no problem. but this one is the pits.

I have had a keurig for 4 years. LOVED it, have not had a single problem. I saw the 2.0 came in orange, so I decided to splurge. WORST decision ever! I have literally 70 kcups and I can't use any of them! I proceeded to use the samples that came with my new one, and the keurig keeps saying there is a water pressure problem, and to remove the pod. This went on for an hour. I am sending this back and getting another brand, NOT a keurig.
Pros: More Cup Sizes, Love The Colors, Hot Water Option
Cons: Can't Use My Kcups

I waited for years to buy a Keurig, only to return in less than a week. Drink coffee every day and very disappointed this machine is not at all what I hoped. Not sure I will try different model.

I picked it up drain the Black Friday sale yesterday and am already in love. It was quick easy and a no-brainer to set up. It came with a few K cops but I've already tried. I cannot wait to use less and save on money from coffee shops.

Disappointed - Celestial Tea K-cups are not compatible

I was very disappointed to learn that the Celestial Seasonings Herbal Tea K-Cups were not compatible with this model. They worked just fine with my old Cuisinart Keurig machine. Would not have bought it if I had known.
