The Cap that Goes Over the Blade Will Not Assemble

There is a cap that is supposed to screw on top of the blade, but it is made for a circular part, and the metal piece it is supposed to screw on is a half moon. I don't know if there is a way to get a replacement part. Otherwise it seems like a good fan.

90* angle of oscillating is awesome. Would be nice if it articulates at a wider angle upwards and downwards.

I love this fan. It is a bit pricey but I have a Dyson Fan that is supposed to be quiet but this fan is by far quieter especially on the quiet mode.

Fans are notoriously noisy. Rowenta fixed that. This fan moves air very efficiently, but also very quietly.

Your website would not let me enter the correct model. I love the turbo extreme. It's a great fan. It has plenty of power and is extremely quiet on the low settings.

Had it for about a month- VERY effective. Moves more than enough air (feels like it moves more than same size fan we replaced it with). Also just quiet enough. The weight is more than other fans which can be good and bad depending on your view- for us- works great and appears much more sturdy than ones we had in past
