I liked the features provided by the phone and the fact that it was shock proof and water resistant (without a case) made it my choice. However after 5 months (never dropped) the glass on the back cracked. In calling support - they wanted to use my extended warranty to provide a new phone - I was then transferred to warranty claims (because I did not feel this was right) I have been waiting now for more than a week to receive information on sending the phone in. I will now have to call once again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unlocked At&t LTE banded phone is fast, and powerful. It runs all my apps, all my email, on a huge, bright, beautiful screen, and it does it for two days straight. That part is really true, you can easily get two days out of your phone, 3 or more if all you do is occasionally talk. This is my first unlocked phone, and I will never look back. The Sony apps all work wonderfully, and integrate with my other Sony devices very simply. I am an IT professional, and use my phone often, would recommend it to anyone.

This phone is awesome, it's nice to not know anyone else with the same phone and be unique. I like the android system it runs on, the pics are great, the layout is easy to use. The only downside is that with the new update the microphone isn't working as great. If I make a call then half the time person on the other end can't hear me until I turn on speaker, but if I call then they hear me fine, which is wierd and annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
