I had this phone for three weeks and the glass broke WITHOUT the phone ever being dropped. I know this sounds odd but simply do some research and you will find a large number of people that are making the same claim. Doing some research will tell you this was also an issue on some of the Z2's. I have a hairline crack across the lower portion of my phone and it rendered the touchscreen useless. Until my replacement arrives, I had to buy an adapter and hook up a mouse in order to get past my lock screen. At least now I can view texts & emails but carrying around a mouse is not practical. It is a gorgeous phone (I have the copper one) but with less than desirable quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's The Best Android Phone!

I've been using Xperia Z since Z1, Z2, and now Z3. Z2 is a lot better than Z1, and Z3 is even better than Z2. It's fast, long lasting battery. The only issue is the camera although it has 20.7M pixel. I think HTC M8 may have better photo quality. To be honest, I don't think there will be any phone can take better quality of photos than the iPhone does. But Z3 is the one you will have a lot fun in the summer. take some pictures in the pool, wash it when it's dirty and with fingerprints, you will love it. The only thing I don't satisfy this time is the color, purple color is gone.

I bought this phone for my wife to replace her moto x, why can I say she thought that the size can be a issue after I gave her the phone I only ear how amazing its this phone actually I'm a little jealous (nexus 5) awesome battery, great camera, premium look only missing lollipop but I think it's in the way, in other words Amazing phone

How sweet it is!

I bought the copper Z3 and trust me it looks much better in person than online. I get great comments all day from co workers ect. . Just a week in and the more I use it the more I like it. Just the right size, not too big to one hand it and not to small to make you want a bigger screen, The camera is amazing. I read reviews comparing the camera to other flagship phones that left the Z3 trailing in performance but it's all bull. I just compared it in auto focus to LG G3 and the Sony Z3 was much better. The dual speakers are a plus as well. Very happy buyer!

and Support for wireless charging, the Storage space should be more then 16gb like 32gb and 64gb, Except that It was possible to be better

Nightmare - broke 1st week, waiting on replacement

The phone performed, looked, and felt great. Unfortunately, the screen cracked and became useless after a fall of about 1.5 feet onto a tile counter top with a lightweight case. I know, it's my fault that the phone broke because it slipped out of my hand. But honestly, I have owned many smartphones and have never had one this fragile. This drop was a very gentle slip out of my hand, not a throw or anything that would have added extra force.
Also, don't believe the hype with the Sony extended protection plan with ADH. I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks and they can't give me a ship date or even provide any information on the status of my claim.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The phone by it self is perfect nice screen, beautiful and elegant design, except that the phone is not a 32gb like older versions this one is like 12gb that's a fail for Sony, and the bad part is they don't tell people on the phone description
