Poor quality control and inferior fit and finish for a microwave this expensive. We had to have two microwaves installed, and both had problems.

The Microwave without a clock All The Time!

Has no Clock showing all the time! Helps you save maybe 5 cents a year!

Solid overall microwave with a few shortcomings

I've been using this microwave for about a month now. Purchased it for a kitchen remodel we did over the summer. Overall the cooking performance of this microwave is top notch. Cooks fast and is high powered. The defrost cycle works well too. Great for thawing chicken, breads, etc. No complaints on the cooking performance at all.
The functions could use a little work though. It's a little awkward to set a cook time, and takes a few more clicks than I feel is necessary. Also, my biggest complain is the timer is very quiet when it goes off. Should be much louder.
The fan does a good job of sucking air, but it's LOUD. Even on medium setting it's loud. The low setting is much quieter, but doesn't move much air. So basically you can move lots of air and have it loud or move a little air and have it quiet. Also, would like to see the vent on a timer, so I could set it on low and then not worry about having to turn it off. It's actually so quiet I forget it's on sometimes and will realize a hour or so later than I forgot to turn it off.
The underneath light is nice and does a good job of lighting up the top of our oven. Nice when you don't have under cabinet lighting.
Overall happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
