So easy to use!

I'm enjoying my new microwave - good features (quick button, auto defrost, etc), good quality, consistent cooking results, and it cleans up easily!

Great microwave

We remodeled our kitchen and decided to go with stainless steel. We have always use GE appliances. We like this microwave better than anyone we've ever had.

Not nearly as good as model it replaced!

I bought this 2 months ago and it is nowhere as good as the ge cafe it replaced. the 30 sec. switch i use to melt butter or warm coffee take 25% longer. The door clangs when it shuts as if made with inferior material. It just feels as if GE cheapened their product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vibration issues

Unit was properly installed by our Contractor but made irritating vibrating issues when microwaving light items such as popcorn bags. Authorized Service Tech made modifications to the unit...worked briefly but developed even louder vibrating noises during microwaving of all items. 2nd attempt by service technician was successful as he added padded strips to affected areas to prevent vibrations...so far so good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Controls and Sturdy Construction

The ease of use is excellent. The popcorn button actually doesn't over or under cook popcorn, which makes this a great machine for older children to operate as well. Great look, as well.
