Needed a counter depth frig for my moms new kitchen. This model fit perfectly and was the best priced counter depth available with the features we were looking for. Matches great with the other GE appliances in this set

This refrigerator excels in its general design - efficient and compact. Where is lacks for me is in the feel of the components. Specifically, the drawer mechanisms seem flimsy and wobbly. The water dispenser inside the fridge saves space, critical for counter-depth. The ice maker is fast and plentiful. Overall good but not very good or great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been very happy with this refrigerator since installing it in December.
Love having the freezer on the bottom as it makes using the refrigerator so much more convenient. Unfortunately the freezer is hard to keep organized but this seems to be the case with all bottom freezers.

We have had this model for 5 months and the freezer drawer is starting to not shut completely. It is easy to leave the drawer slightly ajar if you are not focused on it. We left for a weekend trip and did not realize the drawer was not sealed and all of our food had frost on it and there was ice crystals on the entire inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
