Great refridgerator, troublesome freezer

The refrigerator is great - it will store a great amount of food, which is what I was looking for. The freezer holds less than I would like and has had a frosting problem. Instructions must include a caution against over loading the freezer drawer and to make sure that it closes fully and tightly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What happened to my space?

I "upgraded" to this model from a basic top freezer Kenmore made 12 years ago and poof! Easily 30-40% LESS storage space. Watch out for what you ask!

Bought this in December to replace our 15 year old side by side. Love the bottom feezer configuration, the great lighting inside the fridge and freezer, and the adjustable shelves. Also I like the temp monitor on the left door, the fruit and veg drawers, and the deli drawer. The only con is the water dispenser which is hard to use and in a bit awkward spot. But it's usable and I think over time we will become accustomed to it.
