What happened to my space?

I "upgraded" to this model from a basic top freezer Kenmore made 12 years ago and poof! Easily 30-40% LESS storage space. Watch out for what you ask!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this in December to replace our 15 year old side by side. Love the bottom feezer configuration, the great lighting inside the fridge and freezer, and the adjustable shelves. Also I like the temp monitor on the left door, the fruit and veg drawers, and the deli drawer. The only con is the water dispenser which is hard to use and in a bit awkward spot. But it's usable and I think over time we will become accustomed to it.

Lots of space

I love how spacious it is despite being counter depth. LED lighting, door storage, and meat drawer are just a few of the great features. Freezer on bottom works well with plenty of ice. It is quiet and exterior is easy to maintain. It has really updated my kitchen.
