1. Interior space very good. Installation went well.
2. Required a service call quite early. Freezer keeps over icing up. Had service call. Yes, I have shut off the ice maker to control the icing issue.
3. Doors squeak when opening and closing. Has lessen recently.
4. Was making a noise when walking within two feet of the unit, would stop when I would step back. Recently stopped.
5. Alarm feature is helpful.

So Far So Good

So far so good. I love how the water is on the inside and it has more room I feel like then other counter depth ones. The real test however is after the warranty is up and if the ice and water break. Fingers crossed that it is better than LG.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great layout inside

Just got this yesterday. Got the counter depth to fit our kitchen. Meets all my expectations so far!
The only reason I put a 4 star rating is because I haven't had it long enough. But my last GE refrigerator lasted 20 years, so I went with another one.

Love the cute exterior

I moved to a brand new house recently ,I was looking for a Thermador refrigerator and realized that available space is not adequate for a slandered Thermador .
Then my option was GE series ..
I love this refrigerator to my new kitchen ,it is spacious enough for me now .Like icemaker is in side .

Nice refrigerator but noisy

Overall I like the refrigerator. It has plenty of room and is well designed. I like that the water and ice maker are in the inside, which frees up the door space. The noise when the compressor kicks in, however drives me crazy. I really find it hard to believe that GE cannot make this less noisy. I keep hoping I will get used to it, but so far it continues to annoy me.
