just got, seems ok so far. went together good. shelves do feel sort of poor quality very flimsy

Freezer on bottom sucks

Can’t easily find food in freezer, everything is in a pile, no way to organize. Stainless steel is a pain to keep clean, constantly cleaning off finger prints!

I am disappointed with this product.
The Drawers are cheaply made and don't pull out or push in cleanly.
The chilled water dispenser is awkward to use and dose not deliver very cold water.
The Ref Doors and Freezer Drawer require a lot of force to open and when I try to pull out the Freezer Drawer the hole refrigerators pulls out away from the wall.
They do not close easily as well.
Finally it it noisy .

Noisy as all get out

We've had our frid for almost 2 years now. Everything works fine. Still looks good. BUT, oh my gosh. It is SOOO noisy now when it runs. Which seems to be almost ALL the time. We had a service tech out who replaced a fan and then told us it's the compressor making all the racket. And he tolded us they wont replace a compressor for being noisy. We're seriously considering replacing it because of the noise. I'd give this unit 4 or 5 stars if we didn't have to turn up the TV everytime it runs. Only other issue is the ice in the tray keeps freezing together. Probably a result of the defrost cycle doing a thaw/ freeze thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The door bins are much too large for my needs.
Because the door bins are so large the shelf and drawer space is too small. The drawers hold less than half of what I used to be able to store in them.
Freezer is adequate.
Purchased during a kitchen remodel and wanted the black slate that only GE carries.
Have had less than a year and am going to replace to get one that better meets my needs.

Beautiful refrigerator but noisy

Took several phone calls and two service calls before someone explained to me why this refrigerator seems to run a lot. The refrigerator has a compressor and two fans so I am hearing three separate things running. I love the refrigerator but some one of these three things is running almost all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fridge but the freezer isn't so great

We purchased the model that this fridge replaced about 8 months ago and it always had issues with the freezer drawer being VERY hard to open. Finally GE admitted it was not repairable and replaced it with this model which they said did not have this issue. After it was installed, the freezer drawer is just about as tough to open as before so they clearly did not correct this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
