Condenser broke in less than 2 years

I purchased this refrigerator and it was delivered in March 2022. After just a year and a half the condenser has already failed and I will have to have it repaired. Unacceptable.

On a wait and see mode right now

Had the unit for 3 days now....Love the look.....but having some questions about function issues like seeing the actual temperature display (user manual says you can..but i cant seem to get it to show me)...there is constant condenstation/ice build in the top part of the freezer door as though there maybe some air gettting in.....not sure if the fresh food area is cooling properly ( placed a tempurature guage in the fridge and it never gets to the temputature on the digial dispay in the door).....so on a wait and see mode right now...

Great Counterdepth fridge.

This is my first brand new fridge and I LOVE it! Was worried the counter depth wouldn't have as much space but the shelves in the doors more then make up for it. It has just enough room for a large pizza box as long as it doesn't hit the shelves in the door. Lights are nice and bright, in fridge water dispenser is convenient, although i would like it better if the cup could trigger the water instead of a push button above. Ice machine keeps up with our ice needs fine. Very quiet as well, can't tell it is even running, unlike our previous one.

Set at 34°, lowest temperature achieved 39. If set any higher doesn’t get to 40°. Not a good chilling system.

I did not like the refrigerator top and bottom. The top surface or hood is not flat and has many grooves which would be fine as a built in. There is no floor panel/grate to affix to keep dust and small objects from rolling under it. I personally have never owned a refrigerator where this is missing. You can see the wheels from across the room. I did like the lighted drawers.

Broken freezer door with 3 weeks

First fridge we received had a dent in the door. We then had to wait 3 months for another. When we first received the fridge we noticed the freezer door had a little difficulty shutting. We assumed it was an adjustment period because it was brand new and had heard the seals needed time to adjust. 3 weeks in and we realize the freezer door was completely unable to close! 2 days of not being able to close the door causes everything to thaw and spoil. Trying to get someone from GE on the phone was close to impossible! Finally we got a tech to come out but we have to wait more than 2 weeks for the parts! I’m giving stars only because the upper fridge portion is very lovely and spacious. Other than that, this has been an incredibly frustrating situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
