Great Features and Stylish

Very roomy and fits enough food for large family! Love that door boxes can be moved around depending on what works best for your needs. Would’ve given 5 starts but the top drawer in freezer keeps getting stuck making it awkward to put larger items in.

Love the look. Getting used to the actual feel of some of the physical properties - seal of doors very strong (good), bins not as sturdy feeling as some brands, nice that it doesn’t stick out much further than my counter but feel the sacrifice inside with more shallow shelves (less depth, less space). Nice temperature chime instead of annoying alarm. One shelf adjusts to 1/2 the width if need to use the space for tall items on shelf below. Deep door shelves nice. Didn’t think I’d like the lighting but now I’m used to it and find it nice that it’s upfront instead of in back up high. Even more interesting, light in freezer dims if open refrigerator at same time. Overall very nice. Keeps things cold & frozen as expected. Quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't stay cold

This refrigerator has never worked. It knows that it should be thirty eight degrees, but it doesn't seem to care. It will just warm up to room temperature and not even try to cool. If I reset it, it seems to remember that it's supposed to keep my food cold. However, i've reset it over forty times now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful and Roomy!

This looks great in our new kitchen and I love the french doors. It takes a little getting used to placing your items for maximum efficiency in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The warm gray finish is stunning in my "warm white" kitchen and the no-fingerprint finish is easy to keep looking good. I rated 4 stars only because using the water dispenser inside the fridge is a little difficult. You've really got to lean in to press and hold the small button while filling your glass or water bottle. Otherwise, we love it!

Very nice refrigerator! Water could use a trigger under the spout so you don’t have to use 2 hands to get water!

Generally like the refrigerator. Lots of useful spaces for eye level storage, but you must open both doors to access the full width drawer. Had a mysterious freezer shut down/failure at 3 wks old & had to scramble to save foods. Miraculous return of function by the next am. Codes didn't identify the reason.

Features are ok.

Recently replaced our 15 year old GE profile with a newer model profile. New one is ok but built flimsier than the old profile. Freezer door and trays squeak loudly when opened. Very annoying. When shopping for this one, every appliance store visited we were told we would not get 15 years out of the new one, maybe 10 years. We are not crazy about the interior layout and flimsy shelving but it's the only model that fit into the counter depth spot the old one occupied.

Well illuminated and spacious

We have had our refrigerator for about three weeks and it has performed nicely. During that time I can make two observations: number one this GE makes and excessive amount of noise. It can be heard in an adjacent living room. Number two, the water spout is, difficult to reach and activate unless using your right hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!
