Ample & adjustable space

There is ample and adjustable space inside the refrigerator, but stainless steel exterior scratches easily and hard to keep clear of fingerprints. Water dispenser is inside so you have to hold refrigerator door open to get water. Bottom freezer door is difficult to open. I have to brace against refrigerator doors to open freezer drawer. I would not select this refrigerator again.

Freezer hard to open

I thought we would love this fridge with it’s extra features but it takes two hands to open the freezer. My mom isn’t strong enough to open at all. The technician said that is the way the vacuum system works. So disappointed!!

Hello Linda - We appreciate your feedback. If your refrigerator doors are always hard to open: Try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly along the edges of the entire gasket. Lousy temperature control

I noticed our produce going bad prematurely and placed a digital thermometer in the refrigerator to track the high/low temps - the next morning the thermometer read 52 even though the fridge was set to 36! The counterdepth version also doesn't have common features including turbo cool / turbo chill after restocking with groceries. Very disappointed for such an expensive appliance.

Love that it is counter depth, and the compartments to hold food is great. It holds to much more than a side by side refrigerator

Not Holding Up well

Disappointed that the lighting system has failed after just 2 1/2 years. You would think that with what you pay they would last longer than that.

2 repairs needed in first 2 weeks of ownership

Bought this refrigerator 2 weeks ago and I’ve already needed someone to come out and repair leaks and fix the freezer which stopped working. Recommend choosing a different model for all future buyers.

I did alot of research on Ge and Lg fridges, I like the Ge profile, pwe23kynfs the most. It's been a couple months now, love everything about it (and I'm picky to the details). Love it.
