Great use of space!

I was amazed by the increased space that I had given that this is a counter depth refrigerator. Don't see a real need for the drop-down shelf in the door, but love the retractable shelf in the main area to allow for taller items. Also love the small basket attached to the front of the freezer drawer...ideal for storing butter! Love the adjustable shelves in the refrigerator...much more accommodating than most brands.

LOVE our new GE Profile Fridge! We purchased the french door counter-depth... amazing amount of space for family of 5! Was difficult to see food items in our 15 year old side-by-side fridge... love how everything is eye level.

Good design and adds to surrounding cabinets. But the unit is not a quiet run. There is a definite noise when running plus an odd additional noise at times. Slight frost in the freezer but does not last due to defrosting I assume. But a bit disconcerting.

We absolutely love this refrigerator! The black slate finish is wonderful and is smudge proof. No finger prints show o the handles or other surfaces. The doors hold so much that we have tons of room left on the shelves for storage. The only negative is that it is a bit noisy.

Ice maker sucks

Worst ice maker design, it clogs up w a block of ice that needs to be freed daily or no ice is made. Now 15 mos later the ice maker needs service, just out of service conveniently . I will not go w GE next go round
