Can you be in love with a fridge?

Yes! I was apprehensive about having to get a counter depth refrigerator, but all my concerns of not having enough space were for not. I am addicted to the Tupperware Fridge Smart containers and they all fit perfectly on the shelves with no wasted space. There is tons of room left. I love the adjustable shelves in the doors. The drawers are perfect for deli items, cheeses, fruits and veges that I don't store in Tupperware. Don't fear the counter depth fridge! Granted, we are a family of 2 adults, but I'm not worried about not having space when I throw a party either. Also, there were comments about it being loud. When it's just sitting there doing it's thing it doesn't make a peep. It does make a short 5-secondish, loud-ish sound I think something to do with the filter a few times a day, but it doesn't disturb us even when watching TV 8 feet away.

Great Fridge

Fridge arrived with no flaws (unusual these days). It's quiet and holds set temperatures very well. Interior LED lighting is great - easy to see all parts of box. Took a little getting used to the large/deep pockets in the doors, versus larger shelves, but now that we have arranged the contents, we like this feature. Easy to configure the interior shelves and bins. Freezer area is spacious. Like the color.

Keeps perishables fresh.

I like many of the features but also have some issues. Number one issues is that this refrigerator makes a high pitched noise much of the day, everyday and is annoying to me. Two GE service technicians have said all their refrigerators do this. I find that the vegetable drawers are much too small.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and spacious

We are very pleased with our fridge/freezer so far. It is very quiet and the added features are great and easy to use! The water dispenser on the inside is nice to prevent water stains on the front of the fridge. The fridge is very spacious for a family of 4. It's a bit difficult to keep the freezer organized, but in general this is probably because it is a bottom freezer. We are happy we decided to choose this model as it complements the other Profile appliances we purchased. Installation very easy for us however be aware that as you fill up the spaces, the fridge pegs and positioning needs to be readjusted

Better than expected!

Was not sure that I would like the bottom freezer, but I've found that it holds an extraordinary amount of food. Was also unsure how my family would like ice in the bottom freezer, but that has worked very well, also.

I was amazed by the increased space that I had given that this is a counter depth refrigerator. Don't see a real need for the drop-down shelf in the door, but love the retractable shelf in the main area to allow for taller items. Also love the small basket attached to the front of the freezer drawer...ideal for storing butter! Love the adjustable shelves in the refrigerator...much more accommodating than most brands.

LOVE our new GE Profile Fridge! We purchased the french door counter-depth... amazing amount of space for family of 5! Was difficult to see food items in our 15 year old side-by-side fridge... love how everything is eye level.
