The refrigerator is sleek, has good size, and the price was very reasonable. Installation (by representatives) took about 15 minutes, and it’s great.

We swapped out our four-year old model of this fridge for a replacement because of faulty lighting that couldn't be fixed. Otherwise - and we mean this - it's a great appliance; we are especially happy with its large capacity, consistency, and dependability. Two small cautions: Anything that touches the back of the upper/fridge tends to freeze, and the ice in the back of the ice bin tends to stick together in a block if you don't immediately move the new pieces around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are remodeling our current kitchen and we purchased this refrigerator and I absolutely love it! I love that there is plenty of space for everything that I need to store and that the space is flexible.

Great lighting & space, water dispenser not great

Bought this as a replacement for a much-loved Amana fridge. I love the beautiful look of this French door fridge. I did not want an icemaker in the door because it takes away too much interior refrigerator space, but did want a water dispenser inside the refrigerator just like our previous Amana. This GE refrigerator offered just that - ice maker in the freezer section and an interior water dispenser. While I don't love opening up the refrigerator door every time we want filtered water, I did not want to give up interior refrigerator space to have it on the outside of the door. With that said, I now regret my decision. While this model has the interior water dispenser, it is not nearly as nice as the interior water dispenser in our Amana we were replacing. The water flow is significantly slower and it is not nearly as cold as our old one. It takes significantly more time to fill up a glass now to the point where I don't even use it often due to the reduced flow. I MISS my old dispenser! With that said, I love the lighting in this refrigerator - very bright and I find the interior space to be great, especially for a counter-depth refrigerator. I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the interior water dispenser's reduced flow and lack of water coldness (in comparison to our old one).

I never had a counter depth fridge before and was skeptical. However, it looks much better and holds plenty of food. I have no problem with having to search for things that have gotten pushed to the back and the door compartments are roomy and deep.

Great Refrigerator

This is a really great fridge. It has a lot of space, lots of compartments and shelves and works like a dream. The only downside is that sometimes when you close the bottom freezer, the light shuts off without the freezer apparently being completely closed. Yes there is an alarm that will eventually go off, but if you’ve already left the room, you aren’t going to hear it. I’ve had to throw away food once due to this. Otherwise, works well.
