Lower shelf of refrigerator- freezing

We’ve had it running for about 8 years. 2 years in we had a problem and had it fixed. Now the lower shelf in the refrigerator part keeps freezing everything in it.

Nice refridgerator

Love the size and the convenience of French doors. Interior lights are very bright. It does hum quite a bit but hoping to have it leveled as it was just installed.

Love the refrig so far. Freezer is a little small since ice is down there but I would rather have a larger cold upper section. Water is a little hard to get to in the inside of the refrig but manageable . Love having no ice and water dispenser on the outside . Looks so nice!

Love the no smudge SS metal. Product is working as intended and I love the LED lighting, makes everything really easy to see. Handles are nice and sturdy and lots of room for everything. Water dispenser is the only disappointment. Awkward location and button is really hard to press.

I like the French doors and inside storage of the upper refrigerator. The lower freezer is more difficult to store things than a traditional upper freezer. It’s more difficult to find things you freeze.

Defroster clogs up all the time :-(

EXCEPT for the design of the defroster drainage system, it works fine.
However, every few weeks it is necessary to remove the ice buildup underneath the freezer drawer. It is a slab of perhaps ½" thick by 12" by 24". The defrost drain tube clogs up and does not send water to an evaporation pan. Instead it runs down the inside of the freezer area and builds up, until it runs out the front of the fridge onto the floor
