Not happy with the bottom freezer. The top drawer does not stay back & food is not completely frozen

GE Makes it Right

GE continues to do what is required to make the issues with my new refrigerator right. Extended warranty, cash compensation and excellent service has all turned this into a much better situation then when it began. While I still don't understand how these issues occurred on basic and core components, impressed with the level of response and resolution from GE.
