Exactly what I wanted

This counter depth French door refrigerator fits perfectly in my newly gutted and reinvented small kitchen. I finally have a refrigerator with more space, and great features.

Noisy right at delivery

As soon as it was plugged in it was noisy. I thought maybe it would quiet down when it got to cooling temperatures. It did not. Scheduled for warranty repair on line in one week. Then get a text that that date is not available. Got an appointment in 2 weeks time. Repairman found loose wire hitting the fan blade. Hopefully that will be the end of any issues. We will see how long it lasts.

So far...so good.

Two weeks in from purchase we love our GE Profile French door fridge. It is quiet, roomy, and very attractive. The fridge seems well built and has a quality feel. However, product reviews matter most a year, two, or way down the line. We will see how well the fridge holds up, and if the compressor stays the course as our much older Amana built in did. As far as customer service goes, it is pretty much irrelevant to review that now....we haven't had a problem. Ask me to review again, GE, when I need customer service for a future problem. That is the real measure of customer service.

Looks great! Compressor out after 6 months!

Looks great. Good features. Compressor is out and being replaced under warranty after 6 months. Not leaving me with good feelings outside of the warranty.
