We wanted to love this refrigerator… but only 8 months in the shelf has broke. It has cracked.
We also had a problem with the freezer either not getting to freezing, now it likes to be at -14 …

Nice fridge

Nice fridge. The alarm when fridge is left open is very helpful. Doors handles are a bit loose not sure if that is assembly
Problem or product. The closing mechanism of the fridge doors is off a bit, hopefully that can be adjusted.

Love the counter depth

We had a side-by-side fridge that took up too much room so we bought this french door counter depth model and love it. We have more room between the refrigerator and kitchen island. There are lights all over the interior, so it is nice and bright. The counter depth means things don't get lost in the back. We use the lower full-width tray for cheese, but it is great that it can be used for party trays, cakes, or other wide things. I just changed the water filter and it is very easy. The inside water dispenser is a bit awkward since it requires 2 hands, but we are used to it and use it daily. We chose not to have ice in the door and it gave us so much more room in the deep door shelves that we don't miss it at all. The ice maker in the freezer is easy to access, though I do wish it made more into a deeper bucket, only because we go through a lot of ice. The door alarm is a nice feature and would be great if you have young children, but can be turned off easily. I like that you can set the temperature easily with a touch pad on the inside of the door. We have had this fridge for over 9 months and we only regret not getting it sooner.
