Not a happy customer

I just received second refrigerator in the last 2 weeks. First refrigerator, the freezer would not cool down below 52 degrees. Received replacement refrigerator this week and temperature on door will not show actual temperature. I did speak to a service repair person that explained this model does not show actual temperature. I find that very weird because first refrigerator did ??? Also when receiving second refrigerator it came with shelving that does not even go with this model ? French doors are very hard to close on this model and do not line up evenly. Needless to say, they are picking up this refrigerator this coming week. I have had all GE Profile appliances for 20 years and now I am going to make a change to a more reliable brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love having a counter depth refrigerator. I was surprised how much room there is in both the fridge and freezer. I even like the freezer drawer. I was afraid things would get lost, but so far so good.

Stop working on day 31 of using.

Another 2 week before parts and install

Loud compressor

It looks very nice. It’s is however the loudest refrigerator we have ever had. If we push really hard against the door it quiets down but we can’t live our lives holding the frig door.
The water inside the door is awkward and leaks when we fill a glass. We are requesting service and will circle back if they fix the issues.

All refrigerators will make noises and sounds due to the way they function. These should be considered normal as long as they fall within a certain criteria.
