This fridge by far is the best I’ve ever had. This functions well, is quiet, and the black slate looks awesome. It’s very functional and easy to clean as well.

Surprisingly roomy for a counter depth frig

More usable space than units with in door water and ice dispense. Shelves & door storage maximizes space utilization.

GE Profile refridgerator

I have previously owned GE Profile refrigerator, dish washer and stove. all lasted almost 30 years with no problems. When it was time to replace them I purchased the GE Profile series again for the reliability.

Excellent Value with Just the Right Features

Even with only counter depth — a great feature — this is a BIG refrigerator, and it holds a lot! It also holds a great variety of items in both the upper refrigerator section and the lower freezer. The shallower depth makes everyone more easily seeable and reachable, and it’s all well lighted by the LED’s. The interior of the upper section is especially flexible to accommodate items of all shapes and sizes. The cold water dispenser inside works well, although a bit slowly — about 1 liquid ounce per second. The ice maker in the freezer is easy to access on the top shelf, quiet, and efficient. We appreciate the clean lines of the outside, with no openings or dispensers and fingerprint resistant stainless steel that is easy to clean and to keep clean. The controls are right on the upper door edge for easy view and changing, showing the actual and set temps for both sections. And it has an alarm that sounds if the doors are completely closed. We haven’t had it long, but we love it!

Love all my GE profile appliances.

I've had GE profile in the past in a house I bought and never had any issues with them in the 12 years I lived there and we are tough on our appliances.

Stopped cooling almost immediately

Within 2 weeks of plugging our new refrigerator in, it broke. It stopped cooling and we had to move in our old refrigerator. So frustrating!
